Water pressure was amazing during my stay!

I have stayed here regularly for years due to its proximity to my doctor, but this time was disappointing. I was initially placed in a noisy room near the stairs. After voicing my concerns, I was moved, but I still felt inconvenienced by the chaos. I'm seriously considering finding another place to stay next year.

during my recent stay, I appreciated the clean rooms, good breakfast choices, and how everything we wanted to explore was just a short stroll away, including the beautiful Ta-Ha-Zouka Park, which is around 5 km from the hotel and perfect for a leisurely walk or picnic.

The double queen room was spacious, and the pricing was reasonable for our family trip to the tournament.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed multiple times by loud guests above us during the night, and the breakfast lacked protein options.

We enjoyed the indoor pool so much, and the friendly staff made our check-in easy and pleasant. It was nice to have laundry options available for our family. The hotel was clean and comfortable, making it a good base for our adventures.

My kids wished there were better breakfast options for picky eaters.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. I appreciated the receptionist switching our reservation to a 1st-floor room without delay. The location was convenient, easily accessible from the highway and close to local attractions. I also enjoyed the friendly service from the staff, making my stay more pleasant.

I would have preferred not using styrofoam cups for coffee.

the new victorian inn & suites-norfolk was very clean, and the indoor pool was a great spot for the kids. the day desk clerk was super nice, making our check-in pleasant. it's close to everything we wanted to explore!

The nearby restaurants are a real treat! Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill had some amazing eats, and don't even get me started on Valentinos with their delicious pizza. Plus, the room was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home.

The pet policy was a bummer. they wouldn’t budge on allowing my three dogs. Also, if they could improve the noise insulation between rooms, that would be a game changer.

the only downside was the noise from the room above (sounded like a bowling alley! ). loved the soft pillows and spacious bathroom. the breakfast had waffles and biscuits, which were great. felt safe with all the cameras around.

However, the carpet was quite stained, and the bathroom needed maintenance, including corroded fixtures and suspicious ceiling tiles. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming during check-in.
